I received an email from HP Instant Ink advising that my printer was no longer being supported by this platform. I purchased an Instant Ink eligible printer. In the interim, the other printer while still in use had ink cartridges sent out. I have an envelope for the recycled ones, but that's only for empty cartridges. Where do I send back the unused cartridges?
Thanks!

@Ksweet80 I have an update from the R&D team on this concern as quite a few customer's have encountered this issue:
- This email/notification was sent in bulk to all instant ink & cloud printing customers and It was an auto-generated message.
- If the printer firmware is up to date, the printer will not be affected, in anyway.
- As for the empty cartridges, you don't have to send them back instead you can discard them.
- @GrEn86 you can use up all the cartridges all you want, new cartridges will be shipped out before the old one depletes completely.
There's nothing to worry about, just ignore that mail / notification.
And let me know if you need anything else.

Well I've already replaced my HP 8040 to my new HP 9015 on my Instant Ink account. And received the promotional credit for upgrading my printer. The cartridges that were in the printer will be recycled as they were low. Can I do a "return to sender" to Instant Ink for the 8040 printer I just received from FedEx? (I would feel bad for discarding brand new full cartridges.)

@Ksweet80 Yes, you could return to sender, however, for details, I suggest you contact the HP Instant Ink support using this link: Click here
* Click on the flag, select your region,
*Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the number, next to the flag at the top of the page.
They should be able to assist you with the issue.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.
