Create an account on the HP Community to personalize your profile and ask a question

My printer won't work and I have the message to update my payment method. However on instantink.com I do not have that option - Account purely has my email and phone number and address, no billing information. Where can I change my payment method.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you want to update the payment. I'd like to help!
- Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.
- Open Account or My Account from the left menu.
- Click Billing or Billing Information., and then click Change Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
