Hello, when I switched to the HP ALL IN plan from My Instant Ink Plan I was under the impression that my rollover pages would transfer from the instant ink plan to this all in plan. I’m being charged for both plans and I’m being charged for additional pages with the All In and I have 150 rollover available on the instant Ink.
If I enrolled and upgraded FROM THE INSTANT INK ACCOUNT PAGE shouldn’t it have automatically cancelled instant ink and rolled over the pages?
when I called support they said the “don’t have that capacity” They have the capacity to add the UPGRADE option so help me make sense of this please.

Hi @RayneMarie,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
The HP all-in-plan and instant ink are both different services.
The HP All-In Plan is an all-inclusive printing subscription that delivers the ultimate in convenience—and provides the dedicated support you need to keep your printer running like new. When you sign up, you get a new printer, automatic ink delivery before you ever run out, and continuous printer coverage with expedited 24/7 Pro live support. And if you have a printer issue we can't solve on the phone, we’ll send you a replacement, next business day, at no additional cost. All this for one low monthly payment. Click here for more details
Since you are part of the instant ink program, you have an idea as to what and how the instant ink works. Click here
Since both are two different services, the rollover pages will not transfer to the HP All-in-one Plan.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
