Not very happy!
I upgraded my plan last week due to using more pages than I normally use. My plan ran from 23/07/2023 to 22/08/23. I went to downgraded today (23/08/23) which is a new billing cycle and it said I couldn't change it and would be billed £9.99 for this current billing month and I can't afford it. Please help!
