Want to switch to low usage plan

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While quarantined at home during covid19 I had to use my home printer to print my work documentation, so I upped my plan significantly from the "free" low usage plan (15 pages/month).  We will be returning to work soon and I want to downgrade my plan back the low usage plan but the site is not giving me the option for the low usage plan.  The lowest it offers is the 50 page plan at $2.99/month. Please help.
