Web service not enabled

I try to claim my free trial of instant ink. The blue wifi light on the printer is on and not flashing, I can print well but the web service is not enabled. I checked some solutions but they didn't work for me. I updated the firmware. I printed the page "hp network configuration page", it said the network status was ready but the internet was not connected. This problem has been bothering me for a week and I don't know how to solve it.😔
