Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I subscribed to HP instant ink last month when i setup my printer . However Never received welcome kit . My Shipment tracking shows electronic label created however there is no progress. I have escalated to support and promised expedited shipping however no ink received . I need welcome kit in order to use subscription however welcome kit is not arriving . This is frustating.
