I've only owed my printer a month. Spent the last 2 days with tech support troubleshooting, to be told it was no longer working because I don't own an hpinstantink account, even though I do and it was some how "cancelled" over the last few days. Even though the issue at hand has absolutely nothing to do with the ink, the printer has just stopped connecting to my internet. I was on the phone over an hour, and then transferred to the hpinstantink team, and the connection was pretty bad so she stated she would call me back. We hung up at 8:03 pm and the dept closes at 8 so of course she never called me, and knew I could not call her back. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service and trouble shooting from such a "reputable" company. I will be reaching back out at normal business hours, but I'm really disappointed in the lack of help I've received on a practically brand new printer.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this.
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
