Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have spent over 33 hours trying to get a replacement for a defective ink cartridge.   When I speak with humans they verify the problem and say they are transferring me to get the replacement but each time they put me in a cue that disconnects me as I have no case number.   At this point it is cheaper to replace the printer with some other brand!!!!

I finally got through to someone who sent me a replacement however now I am finding that purchasing HP ink for this printer is impossible.   Any ideas where I can go to get HP cartridges.
