I have spent over 33 hours trying to get a replacement for a defective ink cartridge. When I speak with humans they verify the problem and say they are transferring me to get the replacement but each time they put me in a cue that disconnects me as I have no case number. At this point it is cheaper to replace the printer with some other brand!!!!

Not sure if this will be better, but it is what we have to offer.
This document applies only to these HP Officejet and Officejet Pro printers that use HP 910, 912, 914, 915, 902-905, or HP 935 ink cartridges:
- HP Officejet 6810, 6820, 6950, 6960, and 8010 printer series
- HP OfficeJet Pro 6230, 6830, 6960, 6970, 8020, and 8030 printer series
