Hello,

I would like to know why I've been being charged every month even though I was supposed to have free months from purchasing my brand new HP AIO desktop and HP AIO printer? It even says on my account that I still have one free month remaining and that billing will proceed again starting December 2, 2023. So why have I been paying my entire payment this past year if it was supposed to be free? That's really messed up and I would appreciate it if I could get some kind of credit for the last 11 months that I have paid when I shouldn't have been paying. Who would I speak to about getting this issue taken care of and how do I contact them? Thanks so much in advance for your help.

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink account.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
