Why does Hp suck!!!???

My 2nd time dealing with this my printer is 2 years old (out of warranty) but I use it est. 25 times a year if that, problem is I'll spend 50 bucks on ink and everytime I change the black, (even though the last cartridge is still printing! And I changed it within seconds!) The new cartridge will not print period and yes I took off all the labels and print ink guard ect. And countless I mean countless head cleans and alignments. What I now have to do is peel the fill sticker off and use can air and lightly apply pressure to the cartridges vent hole to push ink to the head! Why should I be doing this this isnt what I payed for!!! Hp used to mean something to me but I've been crapped on for the last 3 products, My hp Rove which was supposed to be top notch is now so slow I use an old mac to go online and now my last 2 printers are a joke and ink is so high, I know customer service will want me to return the ink but 1 it's already opened and partially used after wasting half on cleans and alignments I just give up on hp and I'm super disappointed in their product standards it used to be sell a good product customers will return now its sell a cheap product the breaks prematurely so customers will return sooner! I'm disgusted covered in ink and out 50 bucks on yet another defective cartridge! Hp you lost this customer I used to be a huge fan now I dont even know who you are!
