Why i cannot get Instant Ink

I just bought a printer and try to subscribe to Instant ink and it does not arrive to Puerto Rico, i am so so MAD
We are territory of the United States, we are in 2020 and you guys don’t make shipments here that horrific. I’m a teacher and that instant ink would save my life now i have to return the Printer i just bought
