I cannot find any other means of contacting HP so here it goes, I'm putting my experience out there.

If you are at all contemplating the "instant ink" program do not do it. I was repeatedly overcharged. I understood the first charge; I printed out a text book and that took extra pages. Fine. But, they continued to charge me for extra pages even after I paid the charge. I was told it was done preemptively based on the previous month. I obviously was not using as much as I was being charged for because I have several cartons of this now useless ink laying around.

I contacted the virtual agent the other day and tried over and over again to explain that while I understood the $30 charge once, continuing to charge me when I had already paid for didn't make sense. You couldn't just charge me for something I MIGHT buy before I did just because I bought it once before.

After over an hour I finally got him to cancel my account. I was promised less than half a refund which I didn't get. It's not worth wasting another hour of my life for $12. I was so frustrated I was in tears. I got a notification that all the ink I have sitting around will no longer work (even though I've already paid for it) because I cancelled my account. Talk about a wasteful business model.

The printer will stop working tomorrow. At that point I plan to take it into the woods and go Office Space on it since it won't even work to the extent that I will gift it just because they want to continue to charge me monthly for a printer I already paid over $100 for. Then, I'll go buy a new non HP printer. Buying a new printer with ink will be less than what they were charging me to use a printer I already paid for.

I'll never use an HP product again. I am absolutely disgusted with them. Please don't buy this product. You're going to end up with a lot of charges and a big fat migraine if you do.
