I've now got three new unused black cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8024 but I really, really, desperately need yellow. I print a lot of vintage style papers which use more yellow than any other colour.
How can I contact HP? I've spent an hour going round in circles trying to find an email address to try and contact somebody.
I just had yet another black cartridge delivered today when I already have two waiting to be used!
Instant ink works OK for my second printer, but it seems that they can't get it right for my 8024.
