Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have logged a couple of questions yesterday and left the page opened last night. This morning, I discovered the message "Your session on support.hp.com has timed out." - fair enough. But when I click on the button below that sentence, or in the corner, I instantly go back to the very same page and appear to remain logged out. I can log in separately from "https://support.hp.com/" but if I click on "My Dashboard", I get the page "Your session on support.hp.com has timed out."

Would someone know what I am doing wrong ? Thanks in advance 🙂

PS: I realise that this is not about HP Instant Ink but I did not find a board about issues with the HP Support website itself

I have rebooted multiple times and this seems now to have solved the problem.
