Hi  @katelyng88

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how concerning it can be when the charges don't match the amount you were expecting to pay. I'll do my best to help check ont this .

Could you kindly confirm the below details ?

  • The exact HP printer model you are using.
  • When you first noticed the higher charges.
  • Are there multiple printers enrolled under the same Instant Ink account?

Additionally, Kindly share your HP Instant Ink ID via private message so we can review your account details and check the specific reason for the deductions.

In the meantime, Below steps may help identify the cause of the additional charges:

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account and review your Billing History for a breakdown of all recent charges.
  2. Check your Monthly Page Usage to see if the number of pages printed exceeded your plan allowance.
  3. Verify whether any extra page packs were automatically added after reaching your monthly page limit.
  4. Review your rollover page balance and ensure you understand how many pages were carried over from previous months.

Once you share the printer model and your Instant Ink ID via private message, we'll be able to review the account details further and determine the reason for the additional deductions.
