Amazon sent me a 1 month free instant ink promo code, but I had already finished setting up the printer before I got it. Is there a way to apply the promo code now?

Could you please share a screenshot of this message along with the invoice for your unit via private message?
This will help me investigate the issue further.
Additionally, I recommend setting up an Instant Ink account if you haven’t done so already. Once created, connect your printer using the serial number and let me know if the promo has been applied.

Could you please let me know where you're seeing the Instant Ink promo? Typically, the trial Instant Ink program is mentioned on the box when purchasing the printer. The trial is already enrolled and linked to the printer, so even after setting it up, you can log into your Instant Ink account and sign up with your email to activate the offer.

The Instant Ink promo was in an email from Amazon that said, "Thank you for purchasing 'HP Envy 6555e Wireless.' (Order xxx) from Amazon.com.Your order entitles you to a promotional code..." with the promo code.
