To cancel your HP Instant Ink subscription, follow these steps:
Sign into your account:
- For Home / Home Office users, sign in to your Instant Ink account.
- For Business users, sign in to your Instant Ink for Business account.
Verify your printer's serial number:
- Click on Overview, then Printer Details in the Status area.
Access Plan Details:
- Click on HP Instant Ink, then click Update Plan in the left menu.
- Scroll down to the Plan Details section.
Cancel the Subscription:
- Click on Cancel my HP Instant Ink Subscription and follow the prompts.
Confirmation:
- You will receive an email confirmation immediately after canceling, and another at the end of your billing cycle.
