I have the HP Envy Photo 6200 and have the basic free Instant ink 15 page per month plan.

does this plan include receiving ink cartridges when the cartridges are empty?

I know if I exceed my limit (have each month now) I get a notice from HP suggesting I sign up for Instant Ink and I also receive an invoice for the amount changed in excess of 15 pages.  Does that mean I am in fact enrolled in Instant Ink?

Hi @ed44139,

 

Instant Ink is basically a monthly subscription-based service from HP where you pay a fee each month for the number of pages you print, and HP will deliver new ink cartridges when your printer is about to run low.

 

To know if your enrolled or not, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
