My HPENVY 4520 is spitting out blank pages. I'm enrolled in Instant ink. why is this happening?

@mfalcon2159, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that the printer is printing blank pages. Are you trying to print in black or color?

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
