I'd like to sign up for the ink delivery program but can't get the app to work for it

Do you get any errors?

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

I understand you would like to enroll the printer in the Instant Ink service. Kindly refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
