if you are enrolled on Instant Ink service and you want stop using the service, you can cancel the service on next link

https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/

 

if you are not enrolled on Instant Ink service, you can try to disable the web services with next link

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04808536
