I cant get the erorr off even when i fill the ink things and it still show the erorr7 and i unplug it and waitted 30 Seconds

To guide you with recommended steps, could you please confirm the exact printer model you are using? 

 

Additionally, let me know if the HP App is installed and whether any other messages or indicators appear along with error 7.
