Trying to purchase instant ink.  

Unable to enroll as stating 'There is a problem in finalizing your subscription'

 

Does anyone know what this means??

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. For assistance, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Are you using the HP Smart app to enroll the printer?

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet and check if the printer is Instant Ink eligible. Try using a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.

 

Refer to this document to know how to turn on web services.

If you still have issues with web services, refer to - Cannot Connect to Web Services
