Hi,
I just got my HP deskjet 3755 today and found this thread after searching about the same problem. I got everything set up - I purchased it two days ago and it just arrived so it's well within the 7 day period - and it doesn't say anything about how to get the free months. There's no code and there's nothing in my account that reflects any free months. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Hi @baiclaer
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
What plan did you choose while enrolling?
If you have chosen a 15-page free plan, I'd suggest you upgrade the plan to 50, 100 or 300-pages. Refer to this document for steps to change the Instant Ink plan - HP Instant Ink - Changing Your HP Instant Ink Plan
When you are enrolled in a 15-page plan, you will not be charged anything unless you print more than 15 pages and ink will be shipped to you when low ink level is detected. You can be a part of this plan as long as you are enrolled in Instant Ink. So, this plan is free as long as you have the printer or as long as you are enrolled in Instant Ink.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly.
Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
