my printer prints normally. but WHEN TRYING TO CONNECT FOR INSTANT INK PURCHASE, TELLS ME CANNOT CONNECT, CODE : GCAG001

  • Reconnect Printer: In the HP Smart app, go to the printer settings and try to reconnect your printer to the network.
