Hi  @Edkins,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that your new HP OmniStudio All-in-One is connected to your Instant Ink account, but the Print Dashboard in the HP app is not loading and you're unable to view page counts or printer information. I'll be glad to help.

To better understand the issue, could you kindly share the following details?

  • The exact printer model connected to the HP app
  • Are you receiving any error message, blank screen, or endless loading circle when opening the dashboard?
  • Does the printer appear as online and ready in the HP app?
  • Are you able to access your Instant Ink account information through a web browser?
  • Has the dashboard worked previously, or is this the first time you are trying to access it on this device?

In the meantime, kindly try the below steps and confirm :

  1. Sign out of the HP app and sign back in using the same HP account linked to your Instant Ink subscription.
  2. Verify that both the printer and PC are connected to the same network and have a stable internet connection.
  3. Open Settings -Apps -Installed Apps -HP (or HP app) -Advanced Options, then select:
    • Repair
    • If needed, Reset
  4. Check for Windows updates:
    • Settings -Windows Update -Check for updates
  5. Remove and reinstall the HP app from the Microsoft Store.
  6. Open a web browser and sign in to your Instant Ink account directly to confirm the subscription and page information are displaying correctly.

Additionally, kindly share the printer's serial number or your Instant Ink ID via private message so that we can review the account details and better understand the setup.
