I have a small, basis HP inkjet with the instant ink membership.  I just changed out the ink cartridge and the numbers match so I know it's right.  No matter how many times I remove/reinstall the cartridge it reads an error.  I am trying to figure out how to request a replacement (new) ink cartridge b/c this one that I recieved through the instant ink program is not working.  What are my options?
