hello, I reactivated the hp instant ink service after 2 months from when I deactivated it, but now it tells me that one of the cartridges is not supported! how do i go about sending another one ??

Hey there! @lele91,
Have you tried checking with regular ink cartridges does the issue persist?
Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on the printer.
Update the printer firmware to the latest version and check if it helps.

I tried to insert the old hp instant ink cartridges (the cartridges I had finished) and those work ... so it's a problem with that particular cartridge and not with the printer.the printer is updated to the latest firmware.
