Hi Community
I bought a second hand hp envy 5010 printer which had pre isntalled catridges in them. However, i cannot print and i didnt enroll them into the hp instant ink? Nopthing wont print. The printer is working ok and can scan etc but everytim i try and print this dispkay error pops up? Why is that? is it the catridges used ie third party? If so how do i fix this probkem? Im worried to purchase a black and colour cartidges if it wont work. thanks
