when printing photo the color scheme is suddenly abnormal, what has happened ?

Thank you for your support, I also had contact with whatsapp support. I did diagnostics and black was totally missing on the report. It was new cartridge and I already did a reinstall of drivers and was on the latest firmware. cleaning was done but nothing helped, printer will be replaced under warranty.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-
What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
Are you able to print regular text documents fine?
Try printing a print quality diagnostic report, here is how you do it-
-
Load the printer with plain white paper.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
-
Touch Tools.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
If the report has issues, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues to resolve the issue.
Additionally, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
