I have cancelled the ink subscription on 4th May, got an email that from 6th May, cancellation is valid, yet when I try to remove the printer from my account is not possible every time, getting info that the printer is still in the ink subscription, so not possible to remove it from the account. I don't understand what is wrong. Im planing give this printer to a charity shop, so I don't want it to be connected to my account. Please help. Thank you

Thank you for trying to do the right thing by removing your printer from the Instant Ink account.

 

So many people just "dump and run" away, never thinking about the next owner.  Kudos!

 

It seems like it's been long enough, I'm sure --

From what I've read, it might take a full billing cycle to release the printer.

No, I don't know that -- it's a guess.

"Too long".

 

Perhaps calling Instant Ink Support directly will help.
