Hi

My printer will not print because the light next to the three coloured circles are flashing.

 

What does this mean.

 

PLEASE HELP.

Hello,

Check ink cartridge compatibility, reset one or both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary. For detailed troubleshooting, go to Ink Cartridge Errors.

If the problem persists, please update the printer firmware as follows:

  1. Open the HP Smart application.
  2. In the HP Smart app, click the icon of your HP DeskJet 2600 series printer.
  3. Under the Settings category, click Advanced Settings.
  4. Click the Tools tab, then develop Printer Updates, and then click Firmware Updates.
  5. Click the Check Now button, to install the latest firmware version of the printer.
