I have been paying since 2022. And I have 3 shipments. I have forgot I had it. Can I at least get a new printer.

  • Are you currently enrolled in an active HP Instant Ink subscription plan?
  • Do you still have access to the printer that was originally enrolled with the service?
  • When you mention you “forgot you had it,” has the printer not been in use for an extended period?
  • Have you made any recent attempts to use or reconnect the printer?
  • Could you confirm if the ink shipments you received are still unopened or unused?

Just to set the right expectation, HP Instant Ink is a subscription-based ink service and does not typically include printer replacement. However, based on your situation, I’d be happy to guide you on the best possible resolution once I have the above details.

Yes, I'm still in rolled in Hp instant ink.

 Yes, Still use the printer almost daily.

 The instant ink subscription is what i forgot.

It's been connected and used the hole time. 

Still using the ink that was shipped to me from HP.
