I didn't receive my welcome kit when I signed up for free ink. There is no tracking number either. Will  I get a replacement?

Hi.  my printer came from Amazon.  F5R95-80120, K7V40A.  I signed up for instant ink $2.99 for x amount of sheets.  I didn't receive a welcome package.  The black cartridge ran out in less than a week and since then I've been trying to use the instant ink page with the virtual agent.  That doesn't work; it's a loop.  you log in and the virtual agent isn't on that page.  You find the VA and it says to go log in :repeat, repeat.

'Wish I'd never heard of instant ink.
