I work on Autodesk Flame. It seems the script works correctly for changing setting on the z8 so that I can work remotely with audio. One problem I have however is that it causes my system to reference 44.1k. My system needs to run at 48k. Is there a way to do this and still hear audio remotely.

Hi Caleb, I've sent you (and everyone else) a private message with a workaround that should help with the audio issues.
Hope that helps everyone.
UPDATE: please refer to my latest reply here for the final resolution:

I should add that I can hear the login chime and system audio, but no audio from Flame.
I tried to modify rgsenderconfig but still no audio from Aja
Rgsender.Audio.Linux.DeviceName=plughw:0,0
and
Rgsender.Audio.Linux.DeviceName=plughw:0,2

Thank you for your reply 🙂
That script is not in my /opt/hpremote/rgsender/audio/
Only one script in this directory on my machine and thats rg_alsa_config.sh
I'm on RGS version 7.6.1.19438
Any chance you can send the script to me?

Hi Hengy,
Yes I'm on Linux to. and finally managed to get audio on my system RGS using the script.
As you mention, we need support for 48KHz since the audio speed is wrong and way out of sync.
I got confirmed from another user yesterday that the problem is the same with the new HP ZCentral Remote

Kai6 and Hengy, we're trying to figure out a solution for this, so could both of you let me know the following:
RGS version running:
Sender model and OS version:
Receiver model and OS version:
Flame version:
Got audio working after running rg_alsa_config.sh?
Audio is at 44.1KHz but needs to be at 48KHz?
Thanks in advance.
