The only "4625" printer I can find is a Deskjet (not Officejet):

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 e-All-in-One Printer

If the Deskjet is indeed your printer,

then this is your printer Software for Windows 7 - 32bit:

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4620 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers

Yes, you can remove the printer software (uninstall from Programs and Features)

Restart the computer and log in

Download-save-install the Full Feature Software

Restart the computer and log in

I am not sure whether the Print Doctor is supported in Windows 7 - if it is (supported), the "doctor" software can help with certain types of issues, including driver, connection, and queue issues.

The Doctor can help with several issues, including connection problems and "jobs stuck in the queue".

Note

I recommend that you save the downloaded software package where you can use it again later.  Maybe download and save the User Guide, too.  Why?  Windows 7 support is drawing to a close - this does not mean that the printer software will disappear, but having your printer documentation and software stored nearby (on your computer) might reduce the number of issues that will arise when Windows 7 is no longer supported as an Operating System.
