HP Oficejet 3830 All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing, allseems OK, but still there is no color in the prints.

A internal testpage gives colors, but in regular printing it stil does not.

Did that and reinstalled the drivers, but no change.

Thanks

First, unplug the USB cable from the printer if you are using it.
Go to Control panel – Programs and Features – select all the HP printer entries and uninstall them.
Restart your computer.
Right click on the Start button, select Device Manager in the menu.
Click on the View tab in the top & choose “Show hidden devices”.
Under “Printers”  – If there are any HP entries, right click and choose “uninstall” – In the confirm device un-install pop-up, make sure you select the box which says “Delete the driver software for this device"
Also, check the entries under "Printer queues" and "Imaging devices" and repeat the same exercise.
Delete any HP printer entry or any entry which says “Unknown device”.
Close Device Manger.
Press the "windows key" + "r" - type printui.exe /s and press enter.
Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any HP entries there as well.
Press the "windows key" + "r" - type c:/programdata  and press enter
Go to Hewlett Packard folder, delete any printer related folders & files.
Restart your computer again.
