Just changed the ink cartridge. Went through alignment process which said OK but black type not appearing properly. When i scan the alignment page the printer does not detect the alignment page and sets to default. When I print now the type is spaced out. 

 

On a separate issue the scanner would not work the other day either. 

 

I have used HP Scan Doctor for both problems but to no avail. Please help!
