Hi, I've just inserted a new black ink cartridge into my HP Deskjet 2630 and it isn't working. I've cleaned the heads, run diagnostics, trial prints etc but absolutely NO black ink is coming through. The actual cartridge all looks fine and not damaged - at a loss to know what to do. Just need to print!! Help! I want to request a new black cartridge but cannot find any way of getting in touch with HP to arrange this. Have spent hours this afternoon trying to solve this problem and ended up here. If anyone can help I'd be very grateful - and so would my kids who are trying to print homework for tomorrow! Thanks in advance

Are you indicating that you are currently out of ink, and you would like HP to replace it? Or Is that you have signed up for Instant Ink?
If this happens to do with HP Instant Ink program? I need to know few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridge.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I use the Instant Ink program and the black ink cartridge was the the first one I've used to replace the one that the printer came with. The printer isn't showing any errors but there is no black ink coming through on anything I print so I'm guessing the cartridge is faultly/damaged. I've had to buy another one on Amazon (not arrived yet) to see if I can fix the issue but it would be good to get a replacement. I will PM with account details shortly.
