This is how my PageWide Pro MFP 477dw prints a test page:
All colors look good, except black. It's not black, but grey. It's also very blurry with a lot of stripes.
An all-black page is printed like this:
I tried to replace the cartridge (even if the old one was at 50%). Again, no difference.
As a last resort, I ordered a cleaning pad to perform the advanced cleaning. Once again, no difference:
What are my options now?
If there anything I can try? Or do I need to start looking for a new printer?
