Product: Office Jet Pro 8630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have to replace the print head - HP parts sent me to two different distributors who both say that they've been on back order over 6 months. Any suggestions? It's a hundred dollar part but a $300 printer. Sigh.

Welcome to HP support community.
This might require one on one interaction.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
