Deskjet 1000 J110
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7, my Deskjet 1000 J110 Series printer is not recognized. Download of full function software or basic driver did not resolve the problem.  Is this model supported at all for Windows10?

Your printer should be supported in Windows 10. This doc might help:

Printer working!  Confusion because Windows 10 showed device, but indicated an app was available (HP All-in-one). Also disconnecting and reconnecting did not act like plug and play device.  Thanks for help!

The link posted in this answer that is supposed to go to the document entitled "After Windows 10 Upgrade, Printer Problems Occur" returns a 404 error code.

Please fix the link so I can find out how have recognized that my system (Win 10 x64, i7 @ 4.09 GHz, 16 G RAM, 1 G VRAM, 450 G HD) is more than adequate to use the HP Deskjet 1000 I am trying to install.  I don't have the money for a new, more up-to-date printer, so I would like to think that there is a way to use the one I have with my PC.

Thanks ~
