Product: HP Photo Envy 7134
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

We have just purchased (Sept 8 2018) a new HP ENVY Photo 7134 orinter from John Lewis as coming with a 5 month free trial on InstantInk.

 

However, on visiting the enrollment page at https://instantink.hpconnected.com/ we cannot see the ENVY Photo 7100 series listed. Is this a mistake or are the 7100 series printers no longer supported?

 

Thanks in advance for any light that can be shed on this.

The HP ENVY Photo 7130 Series is listed as eligible within the HP Instant Ink UK site:

May you wrongly access the site for another country? ensure UK is selected by clicking the top flag icon..
