Hi @LeeD67

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • What is the exact error message?
  • Make sure you are using a compatible ink cartridge.
  • Also, make sure the protective tape from the new ink cartridge is removed.

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document.
