Printer screen indicates
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
I am instant ink program so only use HP cartridges.
I have installed a new cartridge, I have cleaned electrical contacts on both cartridges and the printer.
I have read the relevant support topics on this community and have
- verified that the firmware is up to date on the printer ( using the printer menu )
- reset the printer by powering off 60 seconds etc.
Would appreciate any help on getting the printer going again.
I am frustrated by this

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
