Product: officejet 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

HP Officejet 4500 feeds a page halfway. and does not print.

I tried disconnecting power and computer. when I turn it back on it feeds a page halfway, and it is not connected to the computer.

This Printer, HP Officejet 4500 does not have an Update for the firmware.

so that solution will not work.
