I have a replacement printer that I received yesterday for the HP Officejet Pro 6830 with the printhead error. I started the new printer following all the instructions but I continually get an error message that there is a paper jam. After following all the online help it will still not work. How can I contact HP that their replacement printer doesn't work?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

So far I still cannot find a link to report that the replacement printer does not work. The links leads me to my original work order and status that HP is waiting for the return of the printer. How do I resolve the problem that the replacement printer doesn't work?
