I just went to downgrade my plan (from the £7.99 package to the £1.99 package). My subscription is due for renewal on the 10th of next month (3 weeks away). The site tells me I need to pay another month at the package I am on so esentially I can only downgrade in 7 weeks time (the 10th of the following month).

 

This is a total scam, how can I reach customer service as I wish to complain about this. I will be cancelling my subscription unless you downgrade my plan this month as I intended.
